Just because you are organizing an event, that doesn't necessarily mean that you plan on attending it. That is why Robin offers the ability to remove yourself from an event, while still extending an invitation to others. To book an event for other folks all you need to do is uncheck the "Include me" checkbox in the event composer. Once you have removed yourself from the event you can start adding a guest list of folks who should attend the meeting.
