New spaces aren't showing up in the mobile app

It can take up to 24-hours for the mobile app to reflect certain infrequent changes made through the web dashboard. This impacts things like spaces, locations, images, and beacons.

Frequent changes for things like calendar syncing, event updates, and presence refresh within seconds. 

If you recently added or deleted spaces within your organization and aren't seeing those spaces when you log back into the Robin mobile app, don't panic. This is a known issue we're working to address. 

To expedite the refresh rate, open your Robin app and navigate to the Settings. Tap "Clear beacon and space data". Then force quit and restart the app to see your changes.
