The Workplace Collaboration Score (CollabScore) measures how effectively a workplace facilitates employee collaboration and allows you to anonymously compare performance against others. The score is derived from millions of data points from thousands of companies, and comprises three key components: workplace occupancy, ad hoc collaboration, and planned collaboration.

In your Robin account, you will see an overall score, which shows your workplace collaboration compared to all Robin customers. If you have Advanced Analytics, you will also see three more specific scores related to workplace occupancy, ad hoc collaboration and planned collaboration.

These scores are calculated based on the last 35 days of anonymized data across all Robin customers.
