  • Q: What questions can I ask the AI Assistant?

    • A: You can ask historical data questions about:

      • Desk utilization information 
        • Assigned desks (with check-in enabled)
        • Flex desks (with check-in enabled)
      • Space utilization information
      • People inventory information
  • Q: What cannot be answered by the AI Assistant? 

    • A: Today, the AI Assistant is unable to answer questions about:

      • Real-time reporting

      • Audit log of user actions (editing desks or spaces)

      • Occupants without desk reservation 

      • Future reservations

      • Comparing to other company data

      • Recommendations

      • Meeting attendees 

      • Visitor data

      • Certain desk-related details:

        • Work areas

        • Pods
        • Zones

        • Amenities

        • Other organization's desk data

        • About future desk bookings

  • Q: Can I ask for recommendations for my workplace setup?

    • A: Currently, the AI Assistant cannot provide recommendations on your workplace setup. Stay tuned for future releases!

  • Q: What should I do if I receive an inaccurate answer?

    • A: If you think an answer is inaccurate, submit feedback using the thumbs-down icon under the response and provide details. We are always reviewing negative feedback to help improve our data and prompts.

  • Q: Can I have the AI assistant build me a chart?

    • A: Not at this time. The AI assistant can answer simple queries and provide basic insights. It can format information in a list or table. We recommend using custom dashboards to build visualizations at this time.

  • Q: Can I view previous conversations?

    • A: Yes. you can always scroll up to view previous chat history.

  • Q: When should I start a new conversation?

    • A: A new conversation can be started when you want to rebuild context. For example, if you ask the assistant questions about your Seattle location, proceed to ask multiple questions about office usage in this location. You might start a new conversation to ensure that future questions about a different building are answered.

  • Q: Can I ask the AI Assistant to compare my office usage to other organizations?

    • A: No, not today.

  • Q: Can I ask the AI assistant to complete any actions in Robin?

    • A: Currently, the AI Assistant is only trained to answer questions about desk and space usage.

  • Q: Why did my session end?

    • A: To avoid excessive processing times or costs, we end every chat session after 8 hours of inactivity to ensure you have the best experience.
