Early access: how to book lockers and other resources using the web dashboard

Robin now offers new bookable resource types, including lockers, parking spots, and special custom resources, as part of our early access program. If your organization is involved in the program, you can use the office map on the web dashboard or on the (new) Robin Workplace mobile app to reserve more than just a desk or a space. 

  1. Open the Office tab in the web dashboard. 
  2. Select a resource to book for right now, or use the menu at the top to set your search criteria.

  3. Select the resource you want to book. This opens a menu on the right with the resource details. 
  4. Review your reservation date, time, and any booking policies you should be aware of. 
  5. Select Book.

How to edit your booking

You can make changes to your reservation, including the date, time, and resource, from the office map. 

Select the date & time fields to update the selected dates/times for your reservation.

Select a different resource (of the same type) on the map to reserve a different one.
