The dashboard sidebar had a good run, and thanks to the last year of feature development we've added many other places to help you navigate around your office. The sidebar will retire over the next few weeks, at the start of February 2018.
With simple dashboard navigation, you won’t miss the sidebar at all. Here’s a guide on where to find options previously used in the sidebar:
Find available spaces and browse other locations

- To browse spaces, you can also use the Browse tab in the top navigation bar.
- To check available spaces, you can also use the Office tab in the top navigation bar.
Set default location
Your default location is automatically set after your first visit to the search page. Update your preferences through your user profile. Navigate to your avatar in the upper right corner of the screen > Profile > scroll down to Office Preferences.
Add spaces and edit locations
Robin admins can easily add or edit spaces and locations in Organization Settings. Navigate to Manage > Offices > select a Building to make changes.
