After you've created desks, you can rename them from the desk group management page.
1. Navigate to the desk group page from the main search page. Select the icon at the right end of the desk group box and select Manage.
Or navigate to the desk group page within a specific space (Manage > Office > Building > Space > Desks).
2. Click on the check box next to a desk, then select Actions > Rename selected.
Enter new desk names in the popup window and Save changes.
