You can access your mobile user profile & settings from the Pass tab where you can add a profile photo, manage app settings & preferences, check for app updates, and find troubleshooting and feedback resources.
Tap the settings icon in the top right corner to open your user settings & profile.
Add a profile photo
If you're a first-time user, follow the prompt on the Pass tab or search for yourself on the People tab to pull up your user profile. Upload an existing picture from your photo gallery or click on the camera button to take a quick picture.
Manage connected calendars
By default, events from your work calendar will sync with Robin and show up in your schedule. Adding additional calendars enables you to view a full picture of your day and week.
Events booked to any non-work calendar account are saved locally to your phone, and will not sync with Robin. These events are visible only to you, and anyone else attending the event. You can add or remove additional calendars by following these steps:
From user settings > tap Calendars and then tap to add or remove any calendars from view in your schedule.
I don't see any calendar options
Calendars not showing up? Most likely, this means Robin doesn't have permission to access the calendars from your phone yet. Follow this guide for troubleshooting tips.
Choose a preferred location
The mobile app will automatically open to the preferred office location you select.
Mobile notifications are managed on the device level. Select enable notifications > click settings from the pop-up message to be redirected to your device's notification settings.
Enabling mobile push notification reminders
Use Robin mobile push notifications to receive a reminder to check in to your desk for the day.
Desk check-in push notifications are enabled by default, no action required. To opt-out, adjust the notifications on your device.
New users logging into the mobile app for the first time will be prompted to opt-in to push notifications. Current Robin users can opt-in via the Pass tab after reserving a desk.
If you belong to multiple organizations that use Robin, then you can switch between them.
