Shows a user’s upcoming desk and custom resources reservations including parking, and events/spaces for the selected day. Clicking the card opens a bookings list in the sidebar.
Where:
- Office v2 dashboard → Right hand side bar → “My Bookings” card.
- Robin mobile app → Schedule tab
Data shown:
- Desk bookings (name + zone)
- Custom resources (name + resource group, if any)
- Parking (shows with parking icon)
- Next event (title, time, space)
- Org scope: Shows all reservations for the user in the org (not limited to a single building).
Date context:
- Uses the selected date in the top availability controls. If no date is selected, it defaults to today.
- Time zone: Uses the user’s selected timezone from resource atoms; the “Today” label reflects that zone.
- Sorting: Items are sorted by start time. Parking appears first, then desks, then other custom resources, then the next event.
Troubleshooting:
- Blank state: Check user/org IDs are present and the selected date is valid; ensure bookings service returns data.
- Wrong day: Verify the date picker (resource availability controls) and timezone.
- Missing bookings: Confirm the booking exists in the org, and the user is the reservee; custom resources rely on template data for icons.
- Parking not shown: Parking is filtered by template category; ensure parking template exists and matches the reservation’s originating template.
