If an event does not show in the mobile app, check where the event comes from. By default, your schedule shows events in Robin-powered spaces and events on calendars you linked.
After your schedule loads for the first time, the app refreshes the schedule view with changes every few minutes. The mobile app gets schedule changes in a few ways.
Sync from Robin
Events booked in Robin-powered spaces sync from the Robin servers. They should show in the app within seconds.
If these events do not show in the mobile app, Robin may have trouble connecting to your company's calendars. This can happen when credentials change, or when someone reassigns room resources.
An admin of your team's Robin account can check that your team's calendar integration is in good standing.
The app may also have trouble reaching Robin because of network errors, such as no internet access.
Sync from your phone's local calendar
Events that are not in Robin-powered spaces come from your phone's native calendar. On an iPhone, this is iCal. How often these events update depends on the Fetch new data settings of your device.
Manage how often your calendar updates
Events show in Robin based on the calendar settings on your device. On iOS, manage these settings in your Device Settings: go to Settings > Calendar > Accounts > Fetch New Data.
Make sure the calendars you use with Robin are set to Fetch new data. Push notifications from the server and frequent fetches make events sync quickly to your device, and then to your mobile app. A higher fetch frequency can use more of your phone's battery.
