Slack Enterprise Grid

Integrate Robin with your company's Slack Enterprise Grid account. Enterprise Grid is Slack's product for large or complex organizations.

Setup has 2 parts: connect Robin to your Enterprise Grid organization, then add Robin to the workspaces that need it.

Connect Robin to your Enterprise Grid organization

Start in the Robin web dashboard, then finish in a Slack window.

1. Go to Manage > Integrations.
2. Under Add Connectors, find Slack and select Set up. The Slack page opens.
3. Select Add to Slack. A Slack window opens.
4. In the Slack window, sign in to your Slack team.

5. At the top right, open the workspace menu, then under Your organizations select the Enterprise Grid organization you want to integrate with.

   

6. Select the channel you want Robin to post to.

   

7. Select Allow. Robin connects to your Slack team automatically.

Add Robin to more workspaces

Then, in Slack, make Robin available in your workspaces.

1. In Slack, on the Home tab, select your organization name at the top left, then select Tools & settings > Organization settings.

   

2. On the left, under Integrations, select Installed apps.

   

3. Find the Robin app. Select the 3 dots next to Robin to open the menu, then select Add to more workspaces.

   

4. Select the workspaces you want to add Robin to, then select Next.

   

5. Review the requested permissions and select Next.

   

6. Select the I'm ready to add this app check box, then select Add App.
