Slack Enterprise Grid

Enterprise Grid is Slack’s solution for large or complex organizations. It empowers your company to work with the agility of a small company while tapping into the resources and shared knowledge of your enterprise.

Follow this guide to learn how to integrate Robin with your company's Slack Enterprise Grid account.

Open Manage > Integrations > Add to Slack option.

This will open a window where you can sign in to your Slack team.

Select the Slack workplace you want to integrate with at the top right corner.

Select the channel you want Robin to post to.

Click "Authorize," Robin will connect to your Slack team automatically.

Now, in Slack, under the Home tab, click Tools & settings > Organization settings.

Click Installed apps on the left and find the Robin app.

Click the 3 dots to open the menu and select Add to more workspaces.

Select the workspace(s) you want to add Robin to and click Next.

Review the requested permissions and click Next.

Select the check box and click Add App.
