If you are stuck on the sign-in page in one of Robin's apps (web, mobile and others), use these tips to find your organization's username and sign in to your account.

What an organization username is
When your team's administrator first set up Robin, they created a unique username for your organization. If only your company uses your office, the username is usually your company's name. If many companies share an office, the username is usually the name of your co-working environment.
Find your organization's username
Use the tip that fits your situation:
- Select "We'll send you a reminder" and enter your email address. Robin sends you the organization name and a direct sign-in link for your account.
- If you do not have an account and you set up Robin for your company, create one at https://dashboard.robinpowered.com/register. To join an existing organization, ask the account admin on your team for an invite.

If you are an administrator and you set up a room display, find your organization's username in the web dashboard at Settings > Devices > Activate a room display.
