To join your organization's Robin account and start booking meetings, follow the login instructions your team shared. They are likely one of these options:
- I was told to sign in with Google Most common
- I was told to use Single Sign-On
- I received an email invitation to join Robin
Common pitfalls
If you log in and do not see your office, you may have used an email address that does not match the one allowlisted for your account. Ask your administrator to send your invitation again, or ask the Robin support team to help combine your accounts. See Invite link didn't add your account to the organization.
Sign in with Google
Open your web browser and go to https://dashboard.robinpowered.com/login.
-
Select "Sign up with Google". Enter your Google mail credentials. You must use your work email address to join your team.
Common pitfalls
Google Sign-on works only if both of these are true:
- Your company uses G Suite for Business to manage email.
- Your Robin administrator turned on "Sign in with Google" for members of your company.
Sign in with company Single Sign-On (SAML)
Open your web browser and go to https://dashboard.robinpowered.com/login.
-
Select "Single Sign-on" and type your company's name. On the next screen, enter your single sign-on credentials to log in and join your team.
Join with an email invitation
Each invitation is unique. Only the email address it was sent to can accept it, and only once.
Select the link in your email invitation. A registration screen for the Robin web dashboard opens.
-
Create your account. Use the same email address that received the invitation.
Common pitfalls
If your Robin invitation has not arrived, one of these may be the cause:
- A spam filter caught it.
- It went to a different email address.
If you can reach the person in the admin role for your team, ask them to send it again.
