Manage visits with the visitor log

The visitor log makes managing office guests painless. It keeps track of all the necessary information about a visit, including:

  • Who's been invited to the office (Status: expected)

  • Who's visited the office (Status: checked-in)

  • Why they visited the office (Visit type)

  • What time they checked in

  • What time they checked out

* If your office uses health checkpoints, Guests must complete and pass the health checkpoint to successfully check in to the office. Therefore, a "Checked-in" status implies that the guest passed the health checkpoint.

If you need to download a visitor log for your records, select the date range and click Export CSV. Exports are available per building for up to 1 year in the past.

Lastly, you can use the Visitor log to check guests out manually. Click the blue check out button.   Note, that hosts cannot check out guests unless the host has the custom "Guest management" permission.

Guest data

We retain guest data (name, email address, etc.) for one year after a guest’s last visit date. It is de-identified and aggregated after that time.

Note: On April 27th, 2023,  guest data retention changed from 90 days to 1 year.  Therefore, any guest data before January 27th, 2023, was already de-identified.
