When visitors arrive at the office, office admins and receptionists can print a badge with the guest's information and a photo using the web dashboard as part of the check-in experience. This method offers more flexibility regarding the type of printer and badges you can use. To print a badge using the web dashboard:
- Navigate to the Visits tab in the top ribbon of the web dashboard.

Locate the visitor's entry in the visitor log and select the printer icon next to their information.

A PDF will be generated, and the printing module will open. Ensure the correct printer is selected.
- Select Print.
Another badge printing option is from an arrival display as part of the check-in process.
