Check visitors in from the web dashboard

Streamline your visitor check-in process by checking in and printing visitor badges directly from the web dashboard, ensuring a smooth and professional experience for all your visitors. 

1. Select the Visits tab in the top ribbon of the web dashboard.

2. Select Check in next to the guest's name. 

If you have a walk-in guest, you can check the guest in while registering them using the new visit module.

Select New visit > select the check-in now box at the bottom of the form. 

3. If your office has badge printers set up with Robin, select the printer icon to print a badge with the guest's information and photo.
