Robin accessibility

We are on a continuous journey to create accessible products using the WCAG 2.1 AA standard across our product suite.

To achieve this goal, we have implemented various measures to make our products accessible, including:

  • Education and training: We have a Voluntary Product Accessibility Template (VPAT) and provide third-party training for accessibility best practices and methodologies. Ensure the organization is familiar with values and standards to make experiences accessible for everyone.

  • Incorporate accessibility into the design and implementation processes for every feature release, upgrade, and fix. Ensures ongoing work will meet WCAG 2.1 AA standards.

  • Conduct accessibility testing: Test the product using various assistive technologies such as screen readers, keyboard-only navigation, and color contrast checkers. For any questions or requests regarding our accessibility support, please reach out to

  • Regularly review the product to identify issues and take appropriate steps to address them.

  • Annual review: Conduct annual audits through a third-party vendor to ensure WCAG 2.1 AA standards compliance.

  • A dedicated program for funding, staffing, and resources to ensure our products are accessible, including training and regular testing.

Software requirements

For the best accessible experience, we recommend using the most current versions of relevant software:

  • Latest operating system version

  • Latest version of the Robin mobile app on iOS or Android
