Robin keeps improving the experience in the background. To close out the year, here are improvements you may notice across the platform through the end of the year.
Experience improvements
The sidebar in the workweek view is open by default and lists all reservations for the day. It also highlights meetings that do not have spaces booked.
When users reserve a desk for the current week, they can extend the reservation to more days in the same workflow.
Users can choose a preferred floor in their chosen office. Robin remembers this choice for all future reservations.
The office map view shows when a user is checked in.
Analytics improvements
Admins can download an inventory of desks and spaces with the advanced analytics add-on. They can also download a roster of people in their organization, in Exports or in the advanced analytics add-on.
Customers who trial Robin can view sample data in analytics to get a feel for the analytics platform.
Other improvements
Robin also improved spaces and general performance:
- Robin confirms spaces for users automatically if the space is booked during the set confirmation window.
- Room displays work with the latest versions of iOS and Android.
- Performance and load times are better, with a focus on the office map and schedule pages.
- Data for desk and space reservations is more intuitive and simpler to understand.
