Robin added scenario planning tools for your office spaces: desk assignment drafts, quick drafts and sharing. With these tools, Robin customers can:

Create and edit desk assignment drafts: People who plan office spaces can try out and organize new seating arrangements before they change the office. A draft can either:
- Clear all current desk assignments, so admins can redesign from scratch.
- Copy all current desk assignments, so admins can adjust the current floor setup.
- Create quick drafts. Admins can make minor changes to an active floor plan more easily. Quick drafts suit smaller, incremental layout updates.
- Share a view-only version of assignment changes. Admins can share assignment recommendations with stakeholders, so leadership can review and approve them more easily.
