The Robin platform now supports priority desk booking policies. They give advanced booking abilities to certain members of your organization. Admins can:
- Create priority booking rules that let only specific people or groups book certain desks for a longer period of time. For example, executives can book 3 months in advance, and the rest of the company 1 month in advance.
- Layer priority booking rules so that multiple teams can book the same desk, based on the rules you configure.
- Release desks for others to book if the priority group does not book them in a certain timeframe.
With hybrid work, companies often need custom setups to allocate and reserve resources. Sometimes that means priority access to certain resources for specific groups of people.
Rollout starts today. Once it is live in your account, go to Robin, choose an office location > Resource Policies, and set up your policies. You can also read Priority desk booking feature.
