Admins in education organizations can now set space and desk bookings to private by default across their organization. Robin customers could always set specific bookings to private.
The setting starts rolling out today. It lets admins make bookings anonymous by default, which removes all names and avatars in the Robin desktop and mobile apps. Admins find the setting in Roles > Permission Profiles in their account.
Privacy of reservations is a top concern for many customers, especially in more regulated industries such as education.
