Add or change your email address

To change or remove the email address linked to your Robin user account, you need to add the new email address as the secondary email and verify it before you can remove the original one. 

To update your email:

  1. Log in to the web dashboard.
  2. Select your Avatar in the top right corner of the screen.
  3. Select User settings from the drop-down menu.
  4. Select the Personalization tab.
  5. To add a secondary email address, select Add new email.
  6. Enter your secondary email address.
  7. Select Save Changes.
  8. Check your email account for a verification email from Robin.
  9. Once you verify your secondary email address, you can promote it to your primary address by selecting the Promote to primary button next to the email address.
  10. Select the Remove button next to the email address to remove a secondary email.
