Back-to-back meeting check-in checks you in to several meetings in the same room at once. You do not need to stop what you do and check in on the room display again for each meeting. This feature applies to room display check-ins only.
How back-to-back check-in works
- You check in to a meeting on the room's display or tablet. This starts the back-to-back meeting check-in.
- Robin searches for any of your meetings scheduled immediately after the current one.
- Robin checks you in to these next meetings if they are in the same room as the first meeting. This feature does not apply to meetings in different rooms.
- The meeting organizer does not matter. If any attendee is present for both the first meeting and the next meetings, Robin checks you in.
Limits of back-to-back check-in
- Only check-ins on the room display start the back-to-back check-in. Other check-in methods, such as Slack, do not start it.
- Analytics show how and when someone checked in to the meeting. Analytics do not show that the check-in was part of an automatic back-to-back check-in.
