Monitor all space calendars in one dashboard

The Calendar Health Dashboard lets you view the health status of all your space calendars in one place. You can quickly find calendars that need attention, trigger manual syncs, and debug calendar issues before they impact users.

Whether you're managing 10 spaces or 1000+, use this dashboard to keep your calendar system running smoothly. Watch the tutorial for an overview of the dashboard.

  1. Navigate to the Manage tab in the web dashboard.
  2. Select Calendars in the left panel.

3. Use the search bar and filters to focus on specific data. Filter by:

    • Active or inactive spaces
    • Healthy or unhealthy calendars
    • Calendar systems

4. For calendar health, a healthy calendar means that there are no issues with events syncing between Robin and the calendar provider.  If you have an unhealthy calendar, that means:

  • Subscription attempts have failed over 2 times.
  • Has not synced in over 24 hours.
  • No sync data has been created, and it's been over 24 hours since the creation date.

Troubleshooting an unhealthy calendar:

  1. Select the Sync button to trigger a resync.
  2. If that doesn't clear up the issue, the next step is to reach out to customer support, who can take a closer look at the calendar audit logs.
