The Calendar Health dashboard shows the health status of all your space calendars in one place. Use it to find calendars that need attention, start manual syncs and fix calendar problems before they affect users.
The dashboard works for 10 spaces or for 1000+. Watch the tutorial for an overview of the dashboard.
Open the Calendar Health dashboard
- Go to the Manage tab in the web dashboard.

Select Calendars in the left panel.

Use the search bar and filters to focus on specific data. You can filter by:
- Active or inactive spaces
- Healthy or unhealthy calendars
- Calendar systems
Healthy and unhealthy calendars
A healthy calendar has no problems with events that sync between Robin and the calendar provider. A calendar is unhealthy when:
- Subscription attempts failed more than twice.
- It has not synced in more than 24 hours.
- It has no sync data, and more than 24 hours have passed since its creation date.
Fix an unhealthy calendar
- Select the Sync button to start a resync.
- If that does not fix the problem, contact the Robin support team. They can look at the calendar audit logs.
