Calendar health notifications tell you when a personal calendar or a space calendar has a problem. They help you prevent disruptions and keep your calendars and spaces working.
Personal Calendar Health (in-app)
If your personal calendar integration does not work, you see a banner in Robin. The banner has a link to troubleshoot or reconnect the integration in settings.
Space Calendar Health (email)
When a meeting room or space calendar becomes unhealthy, Robin sends an email to all users with the "Manage offices and maps" permission. This lets them fix problems before they affect users. The "Manage offices and maps" permission is under Manage > Roles > General tab. To add permissions to roles, see Add permissions to a role.
Robin sends this notification based on these criteria:
- Subscription attempts failed 2+ times.
- It has not synced in over 24 hours.
- No sync data was created over 24 hours from the creation date.
Auto-disabling after 90 days
Robin automatically disables an unhealthy calendar when it has not synced for 30 days and the space has not been updated in 10 days. Robin sends a separate email to tell admins about this change.
When an unhealthy calendar is disabled, Robin stops sending unhealthy calendar notifications for it.
