Admins have more control over notifications, integrations and SCIM profile settings in Robin.
Notification management
Admins have more control over member notifications, to reduce noise and help people focus. Admins choose which notification types end users can control.
You can now control Teams notification settings in Robin. Users can turn on or off any notification that an admin has turned on.
SCIM settings
If you purchased SCIM, your Robin profiles stay in sync with your system of record.
- Admin-controlled member profile settings (name, email and security pages) are read-only in Robin.
- To block users from updating their profile photo through Robin, contact support or your Customer Success Manager (CSM). They can remove this setting.
The security pages no longer show "account deactivation" to end users.
Integration management
Admins can choose which third-party apps are available in their environment. For example, if your organization uses Microsoft, you can turn off Slack and Google apps. The reverse also works.
Admins control which integrations members can use.
You can turn off "Allow personal integration" before people sign in to the third-party app.
If you allowed integrations in the past, turning an integration off only stops new connections. It does not disconnect existing credentials.
To remove those existing authorizations, contact Robin Support or your Customer Success Manager.
