Collaborator access
Set a user's permissions to Collaborator if you would like to provide the ability to reserve desks as part of a scenario plan, but not be able to publish changes.
Any changes made by Collaborators will update the draft, but only users with Editor privileges on the draft will be able to publish the draft.
This can be very useful for larger, more complicated scenario plans, or situations where users create assignments for their teams but not the entire organization.
To add a user as a Collaborator, open the Share panel in the Scenario Planning view and enter the name or email of the user or group that you're looking to extend privileges to. Set their permissions to "Collaborator" and send the invite.
Collaborators cannot edit locked drafts.
