Set permissions for parking, lockers and custom resources

You can set booking permissions for parking spots, lockers and custom resources on the Roles page. Permissions attach only to roles. To restrict resources to one person, create a role and add only that person to it.

Example use case: Restrict one or more parking spots to a role.
Audience: Admins who manage roles, resources and access controls.

Before you start, check that you can view and edit Roles and Permissions, and that you know the resource path for the parking spots: Campus → Building → Floor → Resource pod → Resource.

You can also exclude parking spots, lockers and other custom resources. As with desks, you can restrict them by campus, building, floor, pod or specific resource.
