Calendar Selection Simplified
Users can navigate a week at a glance. The days they are marked In Office will have a blue dot to indicate you are planning to be in the office or have reservations on that day.
Desk suggestions
Robin shows you suggestions for previous desks you’ve booked. Desk suggestions are booked for the office hours of the building. The app will show up to 3 options that you can refresh through.
Don’t like a suggestion? Select the “Find another” button to select your desk from the map, use the central “+” button, or select directly from the Office tab. If there are no desk suggestions available, you will see a button to manually select a desk from the map.
The central + button allows you to open the event composer, book a desk, or create an activity.
Map Preview
The map snippet provides a preview of where your booking is. Tap the map or the resource name to expand the map and see the whole floorplan.
