You can connect the same Google Workspace or Microsoft 365 account to more than one Robin organization. Each organization connects the account for calendar sync on its own, and room booking works as it does for one organization.
When to use more than one organization
Use this setup when one company splits its people into separate Robin organizations, but all of them use the same Google Workspace or Microsoft 365 account. With the right setup in Google or Microsoft 365, people in each organization book that organization's spaces.
If several companies share one building, use one Robin organization instead. The host company connects its calendar account, and people from the other companies book rooms in Robin. See Set up multi-tenant offices.
Each room calendar pairs with 1 space
A room calendar pairs with only 1 space in Robin, across all organizations. If 2 organizations need to book the same room, only 1 of them can pair its calendar. When you pair a calendar that another space already uses, Robin shows "Calendar is already in use".
Each Robin organization connects only 1 calendar account. To connect an account, see Checklist: Connecting a Google account for scheduling or Checklist: Connect a Microsoft 365 account.
