Set up a room display
Set up your room display with the steps below, or follow the video.
Tips:
- Robin generates QR codes automatically after you pair the display with a space.
- The room display app supports both landscape and portrait orientations.
- Download Robin Rooms to your iPad or Android tablet.

Select the Robin region that hosts your company.
- If your Robin dashboard URL is robinpowered.com, select United States.
- If your Robin dashboard URL is robinpowered.eu, select European Union.

Enter your company's name in the field. The Rooms app shows a 6-digit PIN. You use it to pair the display from the web dashboard.
"We couldn't find a company with that username" message
Your company username matches the spelling in your team's Robin URL. For example, the username for the fictitious Acme, Inc might be acme-inc, as in dashboard.robinpowered.com/acme-inc. If you have not set up your company on Robin, do so before you pair your display. To start, create a Robin account.
- On another device, open your browser and sign in to the Robin dashboard. As a shortcut, go to robinpowered.com/activate.
- Go to Manage > Devices on the left.

Select Add a device > Single room display.

In the drop-down menus, select the building location and space to pair with the display.

Type the PIN from the Rooms app, then select Activate display.
The display should activate on its own after a moment and show its new space. You can start to use the room display.
QR codes
When you pair a display with a space, Robin generates QR codes automatically so people can book the space. To turn off the QR codes, go to the web dashboard under "Display scheduling" settings on the space/office management page.
