The (Space) Bookings dashboard shows how people book and use the spaces across your offices. It is part of Space Insights. This article covers the booking method data.
Open the dashboard
- Select the Analytics tab in the web dashboard.
- Select Space Insights in the left panel.
- Select the Bookings tab at the bottom of the page.
- Use the fields at the top of the page to filter by campus, building, floor and date range.
What the dashboard shows
The first section is a summary of key data points about space bookings.
The second section has 2 graphs: the booking rate week over week, and the booking rate by building.
The third section has graphs of booking methods over time and bookings by method.
The next section shows booking methods by building and booking methods by day of the week.
The next graph shows bookings by department.
The last section on the Booking Methods tab is a table of the most attended spaces.
