The Space Cancellations Dashboard shows which space bookings people cancel and how they cancel them. It is part of Space Insights.
Open the dashboard
- Select the Analytics tab in the web dashboard.
- Select Space Insights in the left panel.
- Select the Cancellations tab at the bottom of the page.

Use the fields at the top of the page to filter by campus, building, floor and date range.
Charts in the dashboard
The table lists each chart and what it shows.

| Total Cancellations | The total number of space bookings canceled in the selected timeframe |
| Meetings Booked | The total number of space bookings made in the selected timeframe |
| Cancellation Rate | The rate of spaces that were booked and then canceled in the selected timeframe |
| Cancellation rate week-to-week | The rate of canceled to not canceled spaces each week. Ideally, the percentage of canceled spaces goes down over time. |

| Cancellation methods over time | How people cancel spaces, day over day |
| Cancellations by method | The percentage of cancellations from each cancellation method:

| Cancellation methods by day of the week | The methods by day of the week, so you can see which cancellation methods people use most and least each day |
| Cancellation rate by building | Cancellations by building, so you can see which buildings have more canceled spaces. If a building has a high number of cancellations, consider a change to its space policies. |
