The Space Cancellations Dashboard focuses on space bookings that are being canceled and how they are being canceled.

| Total Bookings | Shows the total space bookings made for the selected timeframe |
| Total Cancellations | Shows the total number of space bookings that were canceled in the selected timeframe |
| Cancellation Rate | Shows the rate of spaces that were booked and then canceled in the selected timeframe |
| Cancellation rate month-to-month | Shows the rate of canceled to not canceled spaces each month. Ideally the percentage of canceled spaces is decreasing over time. |
| Cancellation vs booking trends over time | Shows space bookings as well as desk cancellations day over day in order to see trends |
| Cancellation methods over time | Shows the ways in which spaces are canceled day over day |
| Cancellations by method | Shows the percentage of cancellations coming from each cancellation method

| Cancellation methods by day of the week | Shows the methods by days of the week to understand which cancellation methods are being used the most and the least each day of the week |
| Cancellation rate by building | View cancellations by buildings to understand which buildings have more spaces that are being canceled. If there are a high amount of cancellations in a building, think about adjusting space policies. |
| Cancellation methods by building | View cancellation methods by building to understand how people are canceling and decide whether policies should be adjusted. |
| Cancellation rate by department | View the top 10 departments with the highest space cancellation rates. |
