Note: Booking methods have been moved to their own tab within the Desk Insights Dashboard.
To access the dashboard:
1. Select the Analytics tab in the web dashboard.
2. Select Desk Insights in the left panel.
3. Select the Bookings tab at the bottom of the page.
4. Use the Filters button at the top right of the dashboard to filter by campus, building, floor, neighborhood, and date range.
Expected Occupancy Next 7 Days
Shows percent of desks booked or assigned / total desks available. Weekends are hidden by default, but Advanced Analytics users can edit visible days within the component's filters.
Reservations List by Date
Shows all desk reservations, grouped by date.
Booking Trends Over Time
Shows desks booked compared to total number of desks available over time
Booking Rate
Booking rate week-to-week
Shows the rate of booked to not booked desks each month. Ideally the percentage of booked desks is increasing over time.
Booking rate by building
View bookings by buildings to understand which buildings have more desks that are being booked or unused. If there are a high amount of unused desks in a building, think about possibly reallocating space or reducing the overall real estate footprint.
Bookings by Department

Shows the departments with the most bookings, for a headcount by department
Percent of Bookings by Department
Shows how much of the space is used by different departments
