Booking methods have their own tab in the Desk Insights Dashboard.
Open the dashboard
- Select the Analytics tab in the web dashboard.
- Select Desk Insights in the left panel.
- Select the Bookings tab at the bottom of the page.
- Use the Filters button at the top right of the dashboard to filter by campus, building, floor, neighborhood and date range.
Dashboard charts
The Bookings dashboard has these charts.
Expected Occupancy Next 7 Days
Shows the percent of desks booked or assigned, out of the total desks available. Weekends are hidden by default. Advanced Analytics users can change the visible days in the component's filters.
Reservations List by Date
Shows all desk reservations, grouped by date.
Booking Trends Over Time
Shows desks booked compared with the total number of desks available, over time.
Booking Rate
Booking rate week-to-week
Shows the rate of booked to not booked desks each month. Ideally, the percentage of booked desks increases over time.
Booking rate by building
Shows bookings by building, so you see which buildings have more booked or unused desks. If a building has many unused desks, consider reallocating space or reducing your overall real estate footprint.
Bookings by Department
Bookings by Department (Top 10)
Shows the departments with the most bookings, for a headcount by department.
Percent of Bookings by Department
Shows how much of the space each department uses.
