Badge data
This dashboard includes badge swipe data. A badge swipe counts as a desk check-in.
The Desk Check-Ins by Bookings Type dashboard is part of Desk Insights, which helps you monitor desk utilization within your office(s) by reservation type.
You can quickly compare the number of desks checked into on a daily basis to ensure that you have the right desk resources for your employees.
To access this dashboard:
1. Select the Analytics tab in the web dashboard.
2. Select Desk Insights in the left panel.
3. Select the Desk Check-Ins by Bookings Type tab at the bottom of the page.
4. Use the fields at the top of the page to filter by campus, building, floor, and date range.
Below the graph, you can see the same data broken down into a table. Click the overflow menu on the right for more options.
Are you in the APAC region?
Customers in the APAC region may see data that looks slightly different than expected. Data is processed at the end of the day Eastern Standard Time, which can cause a delay in processing data for the previous day in the APAC region.
