The Planned Collaboration Dashboard is part of Executive Insights. It shows the data that Robin uses to calculate the Planned Collaboration Score.
Open the Planned Collaboration Dashboard
- Select the Analytics tab in the web dashboard.
- Select Executive Insights in the left panel.
- Select the Planned Collaboration tab at the bottom of the page.

To filter the data, use the fields at the top of the page. You can filter by campus, building, floor and date range.
Meetings by category
A chart sorts your events into categories with a large language model (LLM). Robin runs your event data through the LLM to sort your events into the groups on the right. You can filter by campus, building, floor, department, space type, capacity and day of week.
