The Inventory dashboard has two tabs that provide a way to keep track of what desks and spaces you have created for your office(s) in Robin.
To access this dashboard:
1. Select the Analytics tab in the web dashboard.
2. Select Inventory in the left panel.
3. Use the fields at the top of the page to filter by campus, building, floor, date range, and enabled/disabled resource status.
Desk Inventory
The Desk Inventory tab helps you understand the following:

The number of desks by desk type: assigned, assigned-shared, hot, hoteled

The number of desks per building/floor

The number of desks that are active or disabled
Space Inventory
Space Inventory tab helps you understand the following:

The number of spaces by space type
-
The number of spaces by capacity

The number of spaces per building/floor

The number of spaces that are active or disabled
