Inventory dashboard

The Inventory dashboard shows the desks and spaces you created for your offices in Robin. It has 2 tabs: Desk Inventory and Space Inventory.

Open the Inventory dashboard

1. Select the Analytics tab in the web dashboard.
2. Select Inventory in the left panel.
3. To filter the data, use the fields at the top of the page. You can filter by campus, building, floor, date range, and enabled or disabled resource status.

Desk Inventory

The Desk Inventory tab shows:

• The number of desks by desk type: assigned, assigned-shared, hot, hoteled
• The number of desks per building and floor
• The number of desks that are active or disabled

Space Inventory

The Space Inventory tab shows:

• The number of spaces by space type
• The number of spaces by capacity
• The number of spaces per building and floor
• The number of spaces that are active or disabled
