The Desk Weekly Digest is a personalized notification summarizing your upcoming desk reservations. It is sent every Friday at 2 p.m. in your local timezone via email, Slack, and/or Microsoft Teams.
The digest is only sent if a user has desks booked (either manually or automatically) for the upcoming week (Sunday-Saturday). If a user only has an assigned desk, they will not receive the digest.
Settings
The email is managed on the organization level and is OFF by default. To turn the setting on:
- Navigate to Manage--> Notifications in the left panel.
- Check the box next to the "Desk weekly digest" notification setting.
Note
Slack and Teams notifications cannot be controlled at the organizational level; they can only be controlled by the user.
Once the email is turned on for your organization, your users will see their notification settings. Their notifications will be defaulted to ON for email, Slack, and Teams with the ability to turn those notifications off.
