Robin's Delivery system allows admins to easily track incoming packages and promptly notify recipients. To log a new delivery, follow the simple instructions below.
- In the web dashboard, navigate to the Deliveries tab.
- On the Deliveries page, click New Delivery.
- Add the recipient's name.
- Add the recipient's email.
- (Optional) Add the carrier.
- Select the delivery Zone where the recipient will pick up the package.
- (Optional) Add any additional information that might be helpful for the recipient to know.
- Click Create to log the delivery and notify the recipient.
After a delivery is created, the recipient receives an email notification with the delivery and pick-up information.
