How to log a new delivery & notify the recipient

Robin's Delivery system allows admins to easily track incoming packages and promptly notify recipients. To log a new delivery, follow the simple instructions below. 

  1. In the web dashboard, navigate to the Deliveries tab.
  2. On the Deliveries page, click New Delivery. 
  3. Add the recipient's name.
  4. Add the recipient's email.
  5. (Optional) Add the carrier. 
  6. Select the delivery Zone where the recipient will pick up the package.
  7. (Optional) Add any additional information that might be helpful for the recipient to know.
  8. Click Create to log the delivery and notify the recipient. 

After a delivery is created, the recipient receives an email notification with the delivery and pick-up information.
