Robin added a way for leaders to communicate their in-office work policies, and for employees to track their own progress. Both happen where employees already plan their workweeks.
Admins set office visit policies and display the guideline. Employees see the expected days in the office and manage their own office usage against company expectations.
Some call them in-office mandates, others guidelines, hybrid work policies or suggested days in the office. There is no blueprint for when and how to use the office. Robin supports hybrid workplaces and strategies as they change, and partners with leaders as they navigate the evolution of work.
Robin's goal is to remove the guesswork from hybrid work policies. Whatever the in-office expectations, employees know what is expected of them. They can then make the most of their time in the office, such as collaborating with team members or joining in-office activities.
