When people do not have what they need to work, satisfaction and productivity drop. Office managers and admins often coordinate meeting rooms for coworkers. In a larger organization, this gets complicated fast.
Robin released a new version of the meeting rooms scheduler. Admins who try the new scheduler get:
- Simple management of any number of spaces. The scheduler handles large amounts of data.
- A full timeline view, with an easy way to switch between buildings.
- Booked and available spaces shown in real time, so employees get accurate information.
- Pinned favorite rooms and filters for what they need.
