Robin added QR codes to Robin room displays. With the Robin mobile app, a user can scan the QR code to book a room ad hoc, connected to an existing or new reservation. Users can also check in to a room and meeting more simply, which improves occupancy data.
Room displays also work with the latest versions of iOS and Android. If you have not updated your device, go to the Apple App, Google Play or Amazon Fire store. With this update, room displays work only with iOS 13.0 and up and Android 5.0 and up.
Customers asked a lot about room displays. Meeting spaces are a precious resource, so Robin updated how displays perform.
