Robin uses AI in these features:
- Space suggestion feature: Suggests rooms to book for users who have in-office plans and meetings on their schedule without a space. See About Robin's smart room suggestions feature.
- Automatic desk booking feature: Books desks for users from their past booking behavior, default schedule and preferred office. Robin books these desks in a random order for the users in the organization who use the feature. See About Robin's Automatic Desk Booking feature.
- AI Analytics assistant: Answers your questions about desk and space use on demand. It uses the organization's past desk and space use data and people inventory. See AI assistant for Advanced Analytics.
- Reorganizing meeting rooms: Shows space bookings that are not optimized and booking conflicts, and suggests scheduling solutions. More info coming soon.
- Robin user agent: in beta - coming soon. Lets users book desks, parking and custom resources a week at a time. Robin's user agent makes suggestions from your reservation history over the past 30 days.
How Robin protects your data
Robin keeps your privacy and security first:
- Robin never uses your data to train AI models. None of your data trains or improves AI systems.
- AI powers data classification and query assistance in Robin Analytics. In Robin Analytics, Robin uses Google's Gemini AI to classify data. Gemini also runs a natural language agent that answers questions and looks up information for you. Your data stays private and secure, and Gemini never keeps it.
- Upcoming AI automation will follow the same strict privacy standards. Robin may add AI-powered workflow automation with Gemini. Gemini will not store or learn from any data that Robin gives it.
- Robin uses only Gemini by Google. Gemini is a trusted subprocessor. Robin does not use any other third-party AI providers, such as OpenAI.
