Calendar Health Notifications

These notifications help minimize disruptions and keep your calendars and spaces running smoothly.

Personal Calendar Health (in-app)

If your personal calendar integration isn’t working, you’ll see a banner in Robin with a quick link to troubleshoot or reconnect in settings.

 

Space Calendar Health (email)

Admins with the places:manage permission are notified when a meeting room or space calendar becomes unhealthy, so issues can be resolved proactively. Criteria for receiving this notification:

  • Subscription attempts has failed 2+ times
  • Has not synced in over 24 hours
  • No sync data created over 24 hours from the creation date

 

 

Auto-disabling after 90 days

  • If we detect an org has an unhealthy calendar that has not synced for 30 days and the space has not been updated in 10 days, we will automatically disable it. A separate email will be sent out to notify admins of this change.
  • As unhealthy calendars become disabled, unhealthy calendar notifications will stop being sent.
