If a Robin Slack command does not work, a Robin admin needs to refresh the Slack integration.
The /book-a-desk command does not work
The Slack command "/book-a-desk" lets users book a desk in Slack. To get this command, a Robin admin must refresh the Slack integration.
Refresh the integration once for the organization. Individual users do not need to refresh their Slack integration.
The /Who-is-in command does not work
The Slack command "/Who-is-in" sends a summary of who plans to be in the office that week. To get this command, a Robin admin must refresh the Slack integration.

Refresh a Slack integration
To refresh the integration, remove it in Robin, then add it again.
Remove the Slack integration
Remove Slack from the Integrations page in the web dashboard.
- In the web dashboard, go to Manage > Integrations.
- In the Installed list, select Manage next to Slack. The Slack page opens.
- Under Remove Integration at the bottom, select Remove.
- Confirm the removal. The Integrations page opens.
Add Slack again
Set up Slack again and allow Robin in the Slack window.
- Under Add Connectors, find Slack and select Set up.
- Select Add to Slack.
- In the Slack window that opens, sign in to your Slack team.
- Select your Slack team.
- Select a channel for Robin. Tip: you can select a DM with yourself from the dropdown.
- Select Allow. Robin connects to your Slack team and you can find it in the Team Directory.
- Invite Robin to a common channel, or keep it as a DM-only tool.
