If you sign in to Robin in your browser and it sends you back to the sign-in page, your browser settings may block the data Robin needs.
Robin stores local data in your browser to manage your session. Strict browser settings that block local data storage can stop you from signing in.
Allow Robin to store data
- In your browser, open the content settings. They are usually in the privacy settings.
- Add an exception for
[*.]robinpowered.com. This lets the Robin domain store your data, so you can sign in.
