Invite link didn't add your account to the organization

Did you just come from a page that looks like this, but expect to see something different?

Where is everyone?!

Email invites are unique for each person, and only usable once by the email address it was originally sent to. If you accept an invite and still end up on the page above, typically one of two things happened:

  1. Used a coworker's expired invitation link
  2. Used the "Sign in with Google" button and selected a different account than the one matching your email invite. (e.g. jdoe@gmail.com instead of jdoe@business.com)

In both of these cases, your best bet is to have an administrator invite the email you registered with instead. If you need help merging or removing a duplicate account, send us an email and we can help consolidate.
