Delete a room display

Delete a room display from the Devices page in the web dashboard. Go to Manage > Devices. To show one building, use the building filter in the Space column.

Remove one paired display

In the Device column, a paired display's link reads Room Display. If the display never reported, the link reads Check connection.

1. In the Device column, select Room Display or Check connection.
2. Select Remove device.
3. To confirm, select Remove device again.

Robin deletes the device record and disconnects the display from its room. Room settings and reservations stay. To use the display again, pair it with Robin.

Remove an unpaired display

An unpaired display has no room. In the Device column, its link reads Set up display.

1. In the Device column, select Set up display.
2. Select Remove device.
3. To confirm, select Remove device again.

Clean up many displays at once

Clean up removes displays in 3 groups:

• Unpaired devices: displays with no room assigned.
• Devices no longer in use: paired displays that last reported 14 days ago or more.
• Devices that never reported: paired displays that never reported for 14 days or more after enrollment.

You see Clean up devices (the broom icon above the table) when you have the Manage devices permission and more than 5 displays are in these groups. If you filter to a building, clean up covers only that building.

1. Select Clean up devices.
2. Select the groups to remove.
3. Select Review [number] devices.
4. Select Remove [number] devices.

Robin checks each display again before it removes it, and skips displays that reconnected or changed rooms. You see how many displays Robin removed. You can pair a removed display again at any time.
