High Visibility Mode is on by default. Its green, yellow or red overlays show a space's availability from far away.
For a more subtle look, admins can turn off the overlays in the room display settings in the web dashboard.
- Go to Settings > Offices, then select the location and space to update.
- On the Space Management page, scroll down to Room display settings > General.
- Select the toggle to turn off "High Visibility" mode.

Rooms checks for meeting updates all the time to keep your schedules in sync. It checks for things that change less often, such as settings, every 10 minutes. To update your app sooner, open Space Info and scroll to Software & System Info. Then select Refresh to refresh your app.
